Super easy to prepare Low Carb Alfredo Sauce: Although pasta may not be part of your low carb diet, this is a great sauce for vegetables. Enjoy!
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup Parmesan/Romano Cheese Blend
1/4 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
Over medium heat, melt butter and add cream. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add grated cheese, black pepper, salt and garlic. Continuously stir until smooth. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
