There’s nothing better to start off the morning than with low carbohydrate cinnamon roll pancakes!

When it comes to satisfying a morning sweet tooth after a hard week of dieting and training, this incredible protein filled recipe will do the thing.

Low Carb Cinnamon Roll Pancakes Recipe

 2 scoops Infinite Labs Sweet Potato 

1 scoop Whey Delite (Cinnamon Roll Flavor)

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1 egg white

1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water

1 full drop of vanilla stevia

1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

-Stir together. Pour batter onto a sprayed pan on medium heat, and cook on both sides.

 

Topping (opt):

-Protein Frosting: 1/2 scoop Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate vanilla mixed with 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water.

-Sweet Spreads Cinnamon Roll Coconutter

-Sugar Free Maple Syrup

-Sugar Free Chocolate Almonds

Macros for pancakes only (no toppings): 230 calories, 0.4g fat, 15g carbs, 0.5g fiber, 4.5g sugar, 38g protein.
