Low Carb Salsa

This is a great addition to any chicken or fish meal. It’s full of vitamins, antioxidants and healthy fats. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1 Red Tomato
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Ripe Avocado
1/6 Cup Fresh Cilantro
1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

DIRECTIONS

Dice Tomato and Red Bell Pepper. Chop Jalapeno, avocado and Cilantro. Gently mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
